- After addition of AL buffer, when transferring to filter plate, noticed ppt/gel remains in 3E - E4026, 5B - E4039, 5C - E4040, 7B - E4055, 7C - E4056, 9E - E4073, 12A - E4093
- Well 1H - E4014 did not have a spout on the filter plate, liquid still passed through filter.
