2018-06-15 Friday - quantified on plate reader - when sorting by concentration, the empty wells are scattered throughout the wells that contain samples, making me very worried about the validity of the quantification.
2018-05-29 Tuesday - clean - didn’t use yellow tray to elevate the plate so had to scrape the beads to get them into the TE buffer - updated db w/ final_vol
Had to recreate lines in database, deleted old lines because moved other digests ahead in line. This was a bad idea. Used this file and the script special_recreate_plate.R to re-import the lines into the database
