2018-06-15 Friday - quantify on the plate reader - All of the empty wells read at about the same AdjConc but F7 read as if it had a small amount of DNA in it.
2018-06-12 Tuesday - quantified with qubit - the plate map didn’t line up with the results because the digests aren’t in numerical order on the plate so I’m redoing this on the plate reader on Friday.

Accidentally used 75uL TE instead of 45uL for columns 1-7. Updated database w/ final vol
Had to recreate lines in database, deleted old lines because moved other digests ahead in line. This was a bad idea. Used this file and the script special_recreate_plate.R to re-import the lines into the database - this plate is not in order by digest_id
