E4007-E4100Possible contamination between cols 9&10 on plate 2 because while loading digest master mix, I set the pipet aside and loaded more master mix into the loading strip. When I picked the pipet up, it had tips on it. Very confident that those tips were only used in column 10, but if there is contamination, that’s where it came from.
