D3209 has an identity issue, unsure which extract went in, google maps says APCL15_373943D3209, however when APCL15_373943 was redigested (D3299) and regenotyped, it did not match.
Can’t see any reason why E2931 wouldn’t have been placed in this well, other than location error - pulled from the wrong well? - Should have been using multichannel pipet. Because APCL15_373943 is a successful genotype, not redigested.
